Good news

Hi Room 10
I have just had a look at the cluster map on your blogsite, this blog and i can see that between 1 - 7 July there were 17 visitors to the site. These visitors all came from within New Zealand. From the dots I can see people were logging in from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Invercargil. Great news. Do you think it would be possible to get someone from your family who lives overseas to log on and have a look at the work you have been doing. it would be good to have a dot from another country on the map.
May be these holidays your family might like to listen and ask a question about the learning that you have been doing and sharing through the blog.
Smile and be really proud of your efforts.
Mrs MacKay

5 super scientific toothpick-sabotaging steps

1. Snap the toothpick in half without breaking it fully.
2. Get a marker, eye dropper and a cup of water.
3. Fill the eye dropper with water and put 2 drops of water on the snapped section.
4. Mark the tips of the toothpick with the marker so you'll be able to record the distance of movement.
5. If you do not have a successful result please repeat these scientific steps.

how to make a toothpick move by Andrew Z and Chegowara H

First get a bunch of toothpicks you will also need to get a cup of water and a eyedropper with a whiteboard marker.Next you will need to break the toothpick in half then mark with the whiteboard maker the two ends of the toothpick. Finally add 2 drops of water and wait for it to expand out also wait 10sec to mark it and then you will see how the toothpick moves thank you Andrew Z and Chegowara H
